By using Digital Music Cards (“DMC”), you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must be 18+ to create an account or order cards. Keep your login secure.
Your music
You own your music and artwork. Only upload what you have the right to use. You give DMC permission to host and play it on your album pages so the cards work. You may give away or sell the physical cards you buy.
Orders & refunds
Card packs are made to order. All sales are final. Provide a correct shipping address and phone number.
Hosting
We keep album pages for paid card orders online so scans keep working. If you delete an album, that link may stop working.
Copyright complaints
Only upload music you’re allowed to distribute. To report infringement, email digitalmusiccards@gmail.com with the page URL and enough detail to show you own the work.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, DMC’s liability is limited to what you paid us for the related order.
